Information as a Weapon

On April 2, 2020, Student Alumni Support and Development Service Network held an online discussion on media literacy.

The main presenter, Doctor of Mass Communications, Khatuna Samniashvili spoke about the production of fake news and their suspension. Later, participants of the discussion talked about the role of critical thinking in dealing with the flow of misinformation;

The online meeting aroused great interest among the listeners. Most of the participants were graduates and students of Akaki Tsereteli State University.
