The department of design and Technology seem to be one of the most outstanding faculties at ATSU with its long and rich tradition. The department provides Bachelor´s, Master’s and Doctor’s study programmes. The programs are designed to raise students’ awareness of directions of design and technology, Contemporary Theory and Practice, Historical and traditional trends of material culture, constructive and technological achievements, artistic planning of modern products. Faculty of Design and Technology is guided by 5 professors, 7 associate professors, 3 emeriti, 2 teachers, 5 invited teachers and 4 lab assistants. The styaff of the department are actively involved in scientific-research projects; they have received International and National scientific grants.They are actively involved in local and international events, conferences, they have run successful fashion shows and successfully supported exhibitions for Fashion Week.
