On October 20, 2021, a training was held at the Akaki Tsereteli State University Child Rights Center on the following topic:
Convention on the Rights of the Child, Code, Right to Education.

On July 6-7, 2021, a presentation regarding the activities of the Child Rights Center established at the Faculty of Pedagogy of Akaki Tsereteli State University was held for partner universities. The purpose of the meeting was to inform the regional universities of Georgia about the center and its current and future activities.
The topics of the presentation included a general overview of the activities of the Child Rights Center, the presentation of the logo and website, the presentation of training modules and a brochure - Child Rights. The event was attended by representatives from Batumi, Shota Rustaveli State University, Telavi, Iakob Gogebashvili State University, Zugdidi, Shota Meskhia State Teaching University, Gori State Teaching University and Samtskhe-Javakheti State University.
At the end of the meeting, the representatives of the partner universities expressed their willingness for future cooperation and offered interesting ideas regarding the activities of the center.

On March 23, the working group of "Knowledge Center", coordinated by Mamuli Buchukhishvili, started working at Akaki Tsereteli State University.
The meeting focused on the work to be carried out by the Children's Rights Center established by UNICEF at Akaki Tsereteli University. A one-year action plan, center logo and website design have been developed. A team working on the mandate of the Center has been selected, which will be coordinated by local and foreign experts. The working group meeting will be held periodically.
